At Dr Motox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery for all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is unused, then include your printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
